Ordering

To place an order, you must be 18 years of age or older.

To order our wine, simply visit our shop page and add items to your cart. A minimum order amount may apply.

When you’re ready, you can proceed to the checkout where you can check and confirm your order, add your shipping address and finalise the order by making payment.

Payment Options

We accept payments by Credit Card through our secure online store checkout. All pricing is displayed in NZD$ and includes all taxes and fees.

Postage / Shipping Locations

New Zealand: Yes - we ship to all locations.

International locations:

  • We do not ship to any PO Box address (you must provide a full postal address at checkout)
  • We currently only ship to USA via NZWineHome on this website. Pricing is displayed at the checkout.
  • For all other international locations please contact us for a shipping quote.

Postage / Shipping Costs

Postage is calculated at the prevailing Courier rate or the International Shipping rate as determined by our shipping partners.  Exact postage cost depends on the number of items in your basket (weight) and your delivery location.  The postage cost will be clearly displayed at the checkout once you have entered in all of the relevant information.

If you have trouble getting a shipping rate to display, it means we either do not ship to that location - or you may need to double check your address.  In either case, a message should be displayed at the checkout screen.

Order Processing & Delivery / Shipping Times

Once you’ve placed your order and completed payment, you should receive a confirmation email. If you do not, please ensure to check your spam folder.

Orders are processed and dispatched regularly.  If we discover any problem with your order, we will contact you to discuss before dispatch.

When your order has been dispatched, we’ll notify you by email. Delivery times vary depending upon your location, but as a general rule, you can expect the following:

  • New Zealand: 3 - 5 working days;
  • Australia: 5 - 10 working days;
  • Asia: 10 - 15 working days;
  • North America: approx 30 ~ 60 working days
  • South America / Europe: 30 - 60 working days.

Wherever you are in the world, if you have not received anything with 40 days, please contact us so that we may investigate.

Please note that due to strict alcohol legal requirements, we are unable to dispatch any alcohol on Good Friday, Easter Sunday, Christmas Day or Anzac Day.  You may purchase our wine products at any time, but during the times mentioned, there may be a delay in dispatch.

Cancellation Policy

Please make your purchase carefully.  If you wish to cancel your order, you may do so unless the order has already been dispatched.  If we have incurred any processing costs in relation to your order, this will be deducted from the refund, along with any administration fees.  Please contact us  for more details or to cancel.

Returns & Refunds Policy

Please make you purchase carefully as we don’t provide refunds should you change your mind.  If you are unsatisfied for any other reason, please contact us and we will respond to you accordingly.

We are super proud of of our wine and try very hard to ensure that your order will reach you in the best condition.  In the unlikely event that your order is damaged in transit, we will replace it – please contact us to explain the issue and we will communicate return instructions or alternate arrangements. It will be helpful if you can please provide suitable evidence (i.e. a photo) of any damage.

Coupons and Discounts

If you are lucky enough to have received a discount or coupon code, you can use the coupon code at the checkout - simply enter the code to activate the coupon discount amount. Please note  the conditions of use for the the coupon to ensure that it works for your purchase (for example quantity required, shipping location etc).  If you find the coupon does not work or is invalid, it is because it's either out of date, already used or perhaps does not meet the conditions of use.

Our prices already reflect our lowest price, however, should you have a very large quantity requirement, please get in touch to discuss.
